Friday and Saturday Lunch Options

We understand that conference goers are coming from all over and may not have transportation during lunch hour. To that end, Simply Bliss Catering will be providing boxed lunch for conference goers on Friday and Saturday. These are amazing lunch options provided by a QWOC/ butch owned company! The options are as follows:

Side Salad with carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers balsamic dressing on the side (vegan, GF)

Seasonal fruit cup (vegan, GF)

Double chocolate brownie

Roast Beef with horseradish aioli, lettuce and tomatoes

Cost: $13.50

Green salad with roasted beets & almonds citrus dressing on the side (vegan, GF)

Quinoa salad with edamame, corn and cilantro (vegan, GF)

Chocolate chip cookies

Chicken salad wrap with apples and cranberries

Grilled vegetable wrap with pesto, zucchini, onions, eggplant & roasted peppers

Cost: $14.00

Arugula salad with strawberries, walnuts and sherry vinaigrette on the side

Pasta salad with broccoli, olives, roasted tomatoes

Currants ginger bars

Turkey with avocadoes, tomatoes, sprouts, lettuce and garlic aioli

Cost: $12.50 per person

When you register for the conference, be sure to sign up for a boxed lunch specifying which option you would like to purchase. Note only Meal 2 comes with a vegetarian option. Please note on the form if you would like the vegetarian Meal 2.
