2009 Butch Voices Conference Advertising
The 2009 Butch Voices conference program presents an opportunity for your business or organization to reach the LGBTIQQ and same gender loving communities, along with their allies and loved ones. As a newly formed grassroots organization, Butch Voices is extremely excited about the opportunities with working with organizations who can provide merchandise and services that will benefit our audience.
Ad Specifications:
Ads must be submitted by July 15, 2009.
Ads must be correctly sized for the program. Improperly formatted/sized images will be returned for resubmission.
Cover pages (inside and out) will be printed in color. All other pages will be in black and white.
Ads must be submitted as digital files with a minimum of 300 dpi.
Insert Specifications:
Submit 500 pre-printed copies of your flier or coupon to be inserted.
Inserts and payment must be submitted by July 15, 2009.

Quarter page (6.25” W x 1.8” H or 3.04” W x 3.75” H) = $75
Half page (6.25”W x 3.75” H or 3.04” W x 7.75” H) = $100
Full page (6.25” W x 7.75” H) = $150
Inner front cover (full page in color) = $200
Inner back cover (full page in color) = $200
