Countdown to Butch Fleet Week

Each year leading up to our National Conference we receive questions about (1) who is allowed to attend, and (2) where is the best spot to view “Butch Fleet Week”?

Part One: The answer is simple: everyone is welcome at BUTCH Voices! That means you, too! While our programming is focused on issues that butches and masculine of center folks face, allies are welcome as attendees, and are welcome to submit proposals for our events. Priority for presenters and performers is given to masculine of center individuals, and some of our events have had closed spaces. For 2017 each space is open to all. We invite everyone to attend and participate in respectful and critical conversations with us at #BV2017. Get your conference passes and event tickets here.

Part Two: The 2017 BUTCH Voices National Conference (aka Butch Fleet Week) starts on Thursday, August 17th and ends on Sunday, August 20th. Check out the conference schedule and details here.
