2017 BUTCH Voices Conference Vendor Options
As a grassroots organization, BUTCH Voices is extremely excited about the opportunities with working with businesses, organizations, and individuals who provide services and merchandise that benefit our audience.

Vendor Area Hours: The conference vendor fair will be open from 9:00 am until approximately 3:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. The vendor area will not be open on Thursday, nor Sunday.
Vendor Set-up and Tear-down: Vendors may set up no earlier than 8:00 am, and tear down no later than 3:00 pm Saturday.
Vendor Storage: We cannot guarantee the safety and security of your possessions. The vendor area is not locked. There will be no on-site, lockable storage available.
Advertising: You may place an advertisement in our conference program at a discount rate. Please see the Advertising page for more details.
Vendor Location: The vendor area will be located in an open area near the conference workshops. We will set up the space to encourage socializing and foot traffic.
Accessibility: In order to make the conference accessible to as many people as possible, the BUTCH Voices conference is a nonsmoking and scent/fragrance-free event.
Registration Cancellation Policy: BUTCH Voices must receive written notice of conference cancellation before August 1st, 2017 to receive a 50% refund. As of August 1st, 2017, refunds will not be available and full payment must still be made to BUTCH Voices for cancellations and registered no-shows.
Vendor Table Preferences: Vendor tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a relationship with another vendor, and want to be located near them, please notify us so arrangements can be made to accommodate you needs.
Vendor Description and Logo: To help us advertise your participation with this event, in 50 words or less, please provide us a description of your product or service and a high resolution (300 dpi or greater) electronic copy of your logo. BUTCH Voices reserves the right to edit the final descriptions for length, content, and readability. Electronic documents can be sent to Joe@butchvoices.com.
When should I register? The sooner you register the better. We will be advertising the conference throughout the next couple of months and in doing so your company information will be also advertised. After August 1, a late registration fee of $50 will be added to the aforementioned rates.
By signing up to participate with BUTCH Voices in whatever capacity best fits your organization, you agree to the aforementioned stipulations.
