2021 BUTCH Voices Conference Vendor Options
As a grassroots organization, BUTCH Voices is extremely excited about the opportunities with working with businesses, organizations, and individuals who provide services and merchandise that benefit our audience.
For 2021, we are excited to feature vendors who may not have been able to attend our in person event. Vendors will be listed on the BUTCH Voices website, will have access to sponsor/vendor zoom room throughout the conference, along with social media post shares on BUTCH Voices platforms promoting our vendors. Conference attendees will be able to interact with you to ask questions, see examples of your work/items virtually, and coordinate direct shipping and payment with you online.
Vendor Pricing for 2021
- $250 for five hours of access to Sponsor/Vendor zoom room over the conference weekend.
- $100 for one hour of access to Sponsor/Vendor zoom room over the conference weekend
Vendor Area Hours: The conference vendor fair will be open from:
Friday: 2:00 pm until approximately 7:00 pm pacific time
Saturday: 9:00 am until approximately 5:00 pm pacific time
Sunday: 9:00 am until approximately 5:00 pm pacific time
Advertising: You may place an advertisement in our conference program at a discount rate. Please see the Advertising page for more details.
Vendor Location: The vendor area will be located in a zoom room specific for sponsors and vendors over the conference weekend. We will include this room information in all registrations, and promote these spaces throughout the conference weekend, encouraging folks to socialize and shop.
Registration Cancellation Policy: BUTCH Voices must receive written notice of conference cancellation before August 1st, 2021 to receive a 50% refund. As of August 1st, 2021, refunds will not be available and full payment must still be made to BUTCH Voices for cancellations and registered no-shows.
Vendor Description and Logo: To help us advertise your participation with this event, in 50 words or less, please provide us a description of your product or service and a high resolution (300 dpi or greater) electronic copy of your logo. BUTCH Voices reserves the right to edit the final descriptions for length, content, and readability. Electronic documents can be sent to Joe@butchvoices.com.
When should I register? The sooner you register the better. We will be advertising the conference throughout the next couple of months and in doing so your company information will be also advertised. After August 1, a late registration fee of $50 will be added to the aforementioned rates. By signing up to participate with BUTCH Voices in whatever capacity best fits your organization, you agree to the aforementioned stipulations.
