Thursday – August 20, 2009
2:00pm – 5:00pm	Early Registration & Check-in AJ Toppers [Marriot - 21st Floor] For those arriving in Oakland early, stop by the AJ Toppers Skybar to register or check in to get a jump on the weekend’s events and pick up your conference packet.
6:00pm – 9:00pm	Meet & Greet AJ Toppers [Marriot - 21st Floor] Time to put names to faces, and meet up with friends, both old and new. Artists’ reception during the event, highlighting participating artists in the Visually Speaking – Butch Voices Art Showcase. Munchies and cash bar available. $9 \| Conference attendees no cover w/ registration bracelet
9:00pm – 12:00am	Meet & Greet After Party *The Den* Have a night cap with us at The Den at the Fox Theatre. After the Visually Speaking Art Show and mixer, continue the evening and enjoy DJ Olga T, who will be spinning an eclectic mix of grooves for us. $3 \| Conference attendees no cover w/ registration bracelet

7:00pm – 11:00pm	BUTCH Voices Film Night BFUU Event Hall [1924 Cedar Street (at Bonita Avenue) - Berkeley] Screenings to include: Wrong Bathroom directed by Shani Heckman, Excuse Me Sir directed by Q Ragsdale, & Stranger Inside directed by Cheryl Dunye. Q Ragsdale and Cheryl Dunye will be on hand for discussion and Q&A following the films. $9 \| Conference attendees no cover w/ registration bracelet. Limited seating available – be sure to arrive early to reserve your seat.
8:00pm – 1:00am	Butch-Boi Play Party TBA [Oakland, CA] Already eyeing the hot butch from registration? Bring them out to the Butch-Boi Play Party. A rare chance to be in butch-oriented play space! $15 at the door, proceeds to benefit Butch Voices. Both kink and sex friendly atmosphere. The space is beginner friendly, so if you have never been to a play party here’s your chance! This event is open to all, regardless of gender identification. Location included in your conference registration packet. Will be located at a private dungeon in Oakland close to a BART station. $15 not included with conference registration
